RHD 2005 Mini Cooper in Japan
Hello, I have a RHD 2005 Mini Cooper (Japan R50) and would like to know if RHD and LHD front and rear struts/shock absorbers are interchangeable? There is a creaking sound when turning left and right (especially when cold) that is coming from the front. The sound is accompanied by a clunking sound when I drive over bumps. I would like to go with a 3rd party option, hence my original question... I like the standard height and do not want to lower my car.

So to be clear, I can interchange shocks/struts of same year/style Mini Cooper non-S from Japanese, European and North American models?
