Roadshow MINI?

Hi everyone! I've finally talked my sister into getting a MINI and she lives in the Memphis area. I was wondering what the reputation of Roadshow is. Anyone to seek out or stay away from there in the sales dept? Good/bad experiences? Thanks in advance for any words of wisdom you can spare ;)

The people up at Roadshow are VERY nice and helpful. They are quite thorough in going over the cars and any payment options. However, the used cars are selling above MSRP. That's about the only bad thing...and the wait for a new one. ;)
I got my '03 S there about a year and a half ago and the MA's were very helpful and friendly. They were always willing to help out with any concerns i had. I will say that a lot of their aftermarket parts/services (intake, exhaust, etc...) prices seemed fairly high. I haven't compared them with any other store, so they might be the same as others, but i just felt like they were a little steep.
I bought my 05 MCS from Mo Jacobs at roadshow, Absolutly the best dealer I have ever worked with, bar none. You can also talk to Zac Mcray there also. You'll pay MSRP no more and no BS stuff added after your car arrives

I'm not positive, but i'm pretty sure Zac doesn't work there anymore. I was out at Roadshow about a week ago and there was almost a whole new cast (except for Mo). I was upset to see my MA leave...John Loyd. I haven't talked to any of the new guys, so I can't say whether or not they're good or not (hopefully they are!)
thanks for the replies everyone! She placed the order for her chili red cooper on Thursday and remarkably, Mo gave her $250 off! Must have been a rough winter ;)
