Hi I'm new to these forums so go easy on me :)
I've been driving a mini one for a good few months now but after filling up my tank today the Run flat indicator started blinking at me. Although this is supposed to represent a puncuture, there has been no difinitive, noticable deflation of the tyres throughout the day. Is there anychance that the full tank of petrol has had an effect on it?
Many Thanks

Welcome to MINI2 ...

I had this happen on a recent road trip. After filling up with gas and getting back on the highway I couldn't get my cruise control to engage. Then I noticed that the TPMS light was flashing. I got off the highway, checked the tire pressures with a gauge and all were OK. After resetting the TPMS I was able to use the cruise control and complete the trip without further incident.

I'm not sure what caused the light to come on. I doubt it had anything to do with filling the tank.
