I have spoken directly to Mini and here is the part number for the official disc that will have TMC. As far as I am aware, there is no need for any additional equipment or upgrades.

It will cost £200 including VAT but you can no doubt negotiate with your local dealer. Seemingly there not in the country yet, but can be ordered from Germany by your dealer.
