Seems too cheap for a MINI, but what is this "Western Union scam" you speak of?
The "Western Union" Response

After you indicate interest in whatever the scam-artist is selling, they e-mail you, asking you to send money via Western Union. They then promise to deliver the goods to you via DHL or other carrier. Of course, the DHL connection is completely bogus - they are counting on you wiring them the money via Western Union. After that has occurred, they're outta there with your cash.

They do a similar scam, indicating that they want to buy something that you have up for sale. In this case, they will tell you that they "have a check from my company" which is above the amount that you are asking. All you have to do is - you guessed it - send them the overage via Western Union. They will also tell you that you can ship them the goods later, via DHL or other carrier. But here again, they have that Western Union money, so the rest of the "deal" never transpires.

So I say again - watch out for these low-lifes!!!
