Since the new Dealer Principle has taken over, he has cut costs left, right and centre. Especially for the customer. They now do not provide a service to pick up your car and you have to pay for it. Only one chaffeur is available as they got rid of the rest.

Bring back the old Dealer Principle.

Blimey, the tightwads. The chaffeur service was always excellent, having used them a couple of times for servicing/resolving foibles etc.

No doubt the cost-cutting is probably down to them moving into their new "state-of-the-art" showroom. Made it down there the other week and just looked like any other dealer!

And I was planning on asking their bodyshop to quote me a price for a dent sometime this week...

someone has to pay for that shiny new showroom :rolleyes:

don't rate their sales team either - still waiting for a call back with a firm offer 3 weeks later......
