Seat changing

Hi all new to minis. I have a 53 plate 2004 mini one d I have took the front seats out has they where rotten and *** burns in them. Old seats have 2 plugs yellow and blue. I have a set off 2011 mini one seats like new but the connector is one big yellow one. I thick they are heated but not bothered about that how do I go about this is there a adapter or can I rewire to the plugs on my old seats some how help would much be appreciated I have put pictures thank youM8 8mm
