Service indicator on startup

Hi all I have a 2016 clubman cooper 2.0 D. It had 19k when I purchased it in Dec 2019 and was fully serviced by the mini dealer before it left the garage. It’s now on 20 k and the service required indicator comes on when starting. I’ve performed a reset on everything but it still comes up with the service required indicator. Any suggestions
