Hi. wondered if someone could advise. Bought our mini convertible in September 2017. We have been having it serviced regularly but just wanted to get people's view since covid and if it should still be serviced yearly.

2019 - 10,511 Miles - Engine Oil and Microfilter Service
2020 - 13,994 Miles - Brake Fluid Change and MOT.

Now Due
2021 - 15,500 Miles - Now being advised a major service is due, Engine Oil, Air Filter, Spark Plus and Pollen Filter. We've only done 5000 miles over the last 2 years.

I thought the mini's alerted you when a service is due rather than every year.

Thanks

Main Dealer or local garage?

The air and pollen filters are simple to do with parts from eg Eurocarparts.

Spark plugs yes.

Oil is barely used.

if you want an annual stamp in the book then you’ll need to pay for something to be done. Obviously the service includes a thorough check over the car too
