Hi all,

Well it has taken over 3 years to finally get there: I pick my MCSC up on Saturday!

Is the urge to scream very loud at this stage of the process normal? I think a behaviourist should conduct a survey on awaiting mini drivers - i bet that would be interesting!

Heres my spec:

Black II
Chilli Pack
Chrome Line Ext
Chrono Pack
Silver Viper Stripes
Chrome driving lights
Full Lether
Silver interior
CD Changer.

The car is second hand (3900 miles) - but was not used as a demonstartor. I have faxed the dealer the 'handover guide' and informed them that i WILL be very maticulous when i arrive in Newcastle on Saturday. Oooohhhh - Cant Wait! :)

screaming is normal

It took me a while to get my MCSC all sorted out, and I got very very excited about it. In fact, every time I went to the dealership the salesman used to try and hide as soon as he saw me coming.

I also had an irritating (for them) habit of expressing my excitement down the phone whenever they called me, and when they rang to say that my car was in..... well let's just say they admitted that I was the craziest (ok they may have said worst/most annoying) MINI owner that they had ever had to deal with.

Perhaps it's the "you had better let her drive the car too" option. :D I didn't order it with mine and boy is my wife unhappy with me - says I need to learn how to share my toys. :D
Following poor my poor use of spelling in previous posts - i wanted to introduce my new car (which has not been named yet) Any suggestions?

I picked him (i know that much) up today, flew up to newcastle and then drove back down to kent in him today. Very impressed so far.
