Speedo glass cleaning

Just bought my mini convertable and the instrument plastic has somthing on the inside is the removal easy !!!!

I'd like to know how to remove fine scratches from the satnav screen, in my 2013 R56.
The previous owner must have 'cleaned' it with a Brillo!

i still think its best off dirty,, picture this your travelling a long a tad over the limit and get stopped,,, your defence ha sorry officer i could not see the mph as glass was dirty.. worth a punt lol

might just get done for being a dirty bugger lol
