I’m new to here. Going out of my mind with my mini. Steering keeps going really heavy. Turn engine on and off ok again for a short time. Took it to a local garage they said tbh not a lot. That the pump is built into the engine. No idea what this means. Is there anyone on here can help me on what is going on and what I should do? Thanks

Go to a different garage. Its an electric pump not built into engine. Few company's on ebay refurb them for around £200. Common fault.
