Hello all, I have an 08 clubman S 6 speed manual. Since I have owned this car I have and a permanent yellow DSC and break light. Upon further investigation I found that my steering angle sensor is not working correctly.
A few other problems led me to believe that my clock spring is also bad. My blinkers will not auto reset, horn will not work and my wipers go crazy when I shut the car off. Anyway I did some digging and found a new switch assembly is upwards of $600. My question is has anyone had any luck replacing this with a used part? From my understanding you have to have the new one programmed to your vin number so I am not sure if this would work with a used part.
Any input would be appreciated
