Hey all
i have a mini clubman cooper d 1.6 2012
I have the warning light up for the stop/start error on the dash
I replaced the brake servo pressure sensor, and the light error went away.
But still no stop start.
New battery so not that.
Anyone got a idea what else could be wrong, the sensor was a Amazon purchase.
Or do I need an obd reader to reset something else for it.

if any fault codes stored start stop wont function, cheap scan tools dont see al codes so need something like snap on diagnostics tool or autocom cdp plus or insta d bmw software etc, if had new battery will need code to ecu with diagnostics tool

as the 3 I mentioned , snap on will be over £500 insta d can buy online for around £80 , autocom cdp plus can buy off aliexpress on line for around £50 will need a windows 7 8 or 10 laptop with no internet to run it and no anti virus as keygen file will flag a false positive when installing it , carly app might also do what you need p-codes scan
