Any idea how much HP the 15% and the 19% pulley add respectively on a stock motor? That would be some good information for a newbie to know!!

I'd say the 15% pulley will give about 25-30 hp over stock the 19 add about 5 more hp. I know Andy has done a graph about it some where on this site. ill post a link to it when i find it.

Wow, that a/f looks pretty scary below 3500!!! Looks like you could also use a rev limiter increase with the 15% pulley since it is making max power at redline!!

I'm thinking that might be a blip on the graph. I've never read anything from Andy that would indicate it really is running at 18:1. I'm pretty confident he'd have thrown out a warning on that.

You might not want to increase the revs since the SC will be at it's rated mechanical limit at the OEM rev limit using the 15% pulley. An SC also becomes rapidly more inefficient at it's upper limit.

Well my Honda Insight runs up to 22:1 A/F!!! I hope that is a blip b/c I'd be scared to get a pulley running that lean on a MINI.

The A/F plotted is a little weird since the logger did not have the ability to log rpm at the same time as A/F. In later runs, that was corrected (I should update that graph). Here's a better look at the A/F between stock and pulleyed:

any reason why it actually got richer with the pulley??? Seems like a chip would do wonders in the upper rpm just by bringing it up to 12.0:1!! Has that been done already?
