I did a search and could not find the answer. Does anybody know the 'type' of supercharger is being fitted to the S? Is it a twin screw, centrifugal or other? I believe the twinscrew is the most efficient and gives you the most even power delivery. Here is a little sales job from someone selling KenneBell superchargers. Unfortunately, I do not know enough about superchargers to say this is true or not.

I think one of my magazines (currently on loan) said it was a 'roots style' whatever that means. Anyone confirm, deny or explain?

My '97 GrandPrix GTP has an Eaton supercharger and it has run flawlessly. Now have 114,000 miles on the car and the boost is still tremendous, virtually the same as the day I bought it new.
Glad my S will have an Eaton blower.:)
