Hi looking to change Thermostat tomorrow but this time looking to change pipe that goes to water pump? Any advise appreciated looking on YouTube they seem to skip through this bit! Thanks M

Any reason you are changing the pipe. Believe there is a bolt that secures the pipe to head which is awkward to get at.
Once removed it should pull out the back of the water pump

Good luck getting the metal clip back on the thermo to tube connection. I learnt some new swear words

Yes your right just wish they made the clip easier to put on!!!

Top tip, tie a lanyard to the clip, something you can cut off after fitting, like linen thread. It is a b*tch if you drop it and it slides into a crevice, and you will!!!. I used narrow long nosed pliers to get it back in.
