Hi all, I'm pretty new to the Mini world, having taken ownership of a 2002 Mini One a couple of months ago.
Since owning it I have have carried out an oil and filter change, and all seemed to be well in the world.
A few weeks ago, however, I started noticing a tapping noise when I depress the clutch pedal. There is no noise when cold, but when the engine is up to temperature the noise appears (when pressing the clutch).
I have read on here about the thrust bearing problems, but I have taken from the reading that the noise is present when not pressing the clutch pedal.

Clutch and gearbox seem to function all ok, it's just the most annoying noise.

Any ideas? Happy to hear there's a cheap fix, if there is one.
