I very well MAY be able to do the December 4th run, but I can't do the parade in October, I have some other obligations.. I just checked mapquest and the walmart is about 150 miles so it's no that bad a drive for me.. how long do you think it would be until you left for the M-A-W HQ?, because from there I would have about a 95 mile drive back home... (gonna be a helluva ride, but it'd be for a good cause so I'm up to it, just have to make sure it would be feasible)..

Yeah, I'm still getting used to that one..LOL, I'm from Central Florida and traveling out of one state, through another and 3/4 of the way through yet another is definately not "local"..LOL I keep forgetting the states up here are kinda small..

The Rally begins at 10:00 we would probably be at MAW btween 12:00 and 1:00 we will probably go out for a bite after....Ribs and Co. in Johnston, RI

I'm sorry to say that I can't make it. We're taking the long weekend to go to Maine and close up the camp for the season. Boo hoo, that's a sad thing to do.
I will be at the Toy Run in full Christmas regalia for the Annual Bachanalia of Joy

I've already been "stirring the pot" at work here and I think I might wind up having to either limit their gifts or rent a u-haul, tow the mini, drop the U-haul off down there and drive the mini home...just don't know if I could afford that.. needless to say I have had quite the surprise by the number of people who said they'd be more than willing to donate toys if I go...

BIG QUESTION: Is it just toys? What about gift cards, money,etc... might be a bit more "transportation" friendly.. is anyone having a toy shopping spree?...(sometimes they do that when people coose to donate cash or gift cards in lieu of toys)

We typically accept new unwrapped toys. However, we are also making a cash donation through another project my daughter and I are working on. A check to MAW will do too.
