Just chatting over lunch and two of my friends have both driven JCW Cooper S's with standard run flats and found it wheel span quite alot. Anyone have experience with Runflats vs Standard tires for traction.

I would imagine non runflats would offer more traction, is it much better for getting power down? Espec with 210 BHP

It's exactly the opposite. Because of the extra rubber needed in the sidewall of the runflat tires making them very stiff, they do not flex at all and you get a lot of wheelspin. The fact that the 18" JCW wheels demand a lower-profile tire amplifies the problem.
