Hi, had my Cooper S (1 yr old) from Chiswick for a month now and jobs still not done (scuffed alloys, scotchguard, paperwork missing). Frankly they are cr*p, phone calls never returned, service dept always pointing fingers at Sales and vice versa. Has anyone else who uses them found this cr*ppy service ?

To end on a good note, the car is great, looking forward to lots of advice on chipping it !! :D

Chiswick MINI aren't the "best" in the world. Especially at returning calls :rolleyes:
I however dealt with them to sell my MINI as they gave a very good price and were very accomodating regarding payment and arranging collection :)

Now they're part of the HR Owen group their service will improve vastly.
Heathrow were dire before HR Owen took them over and I now can't fault them :)
