UK MINI2'ers attending International New MINI Meet 2005

8488 Views 217 Replies 26 Participants Last post by  paa100
Just wondering, and thought it might help to get a bit of interest up, if we had a thread to plan and arrange those in the UK that are interested in the BIGGEST meet next year.

Basically the meet is all detailed here INMM 2005 by our own Morty, and he will update with further info as it happens. You can also visit the offical site here!!

So anyway, I am interested and hope to attend, would appreciate it if others would register their interest and then confirm etc...

We can use this thread (I will keep the first post updated as best I can) to list those interested, those coming, and who is in which chalets with who else, and then meet up points when we get closer to the event:)

Then as normal there is a Banter thread too:)

REMARK:

Please ... ONLY fill in the attendance form if you really plan on coming, normally the form is binding !!
If you're not sure yet or can't confirm, please don't and wait till you know for sure.
You have time till 30th april

I wouldn't like to see a lot of people subscribe and then cancel one by one
It maybe the way meets work elsewhere but this meeting needs a lot of preparation and his cost and budgetary effective from the attendants !!

If you are pretty sure you'll come, then you can subscribe and take an annulation insurance as option.

Thank you

Sorry, however, RVW and I are going via Tunnel instead :)

Details of ferry crossings should be posted somewhere, however, I have not been paying attention to the info, hence I suggest you do a search in this thread or the main INMM thread in the Euro forum :)

Will we get confirmation of payment?

I am still a bit worried that mey payment got lost.

My INMm Booking number is 118.

Can you check?
bank transfer done today for me and the wife. twenty quid charge to do it

but its all sorted
:red: :red: :)

Just a reminder for everyone;)

INSURANCE for your beloved MINI:eek:
Make sure with your insurance company that you are covered to travel abroad;)

In most cases the cover is minimal and you need to upgrade for the period you are abroad.
This is normally in the way of a thing called a GREEN CARD . This gives you the same cover as you enjoy in this country. The down side is it costs:( Just done mine for the INNMM 2005 trip and it was £25.00:( Not to worry, piece of mind is worth it:p :D

I wouldn`t say I was organised:eek:

On the subject of E111 did you know that each individual now requires one. No longer can you use a family version. The new version is available from the Post Office.:)
