torques as below . as for pcv delete hmmm opening a can of worms with that one seen a few people delete it to have to re-plumb it as wont go through mot emissions or wont idle well etc. the best method is fitt a K & N high flow filter panel get all go with none of the hassles

I highly recommend you don't block the PCV valves as it causes a F**k tonne of issues with your car. I put 2 oil catch cans in my R56 Cooper s
