WANT TO TAKE OVER A LEASE

I am looking to take over someone's lease. If you want to move on from your Mini and have 12 months or shorter left on the lease, I am interested in possibly taking it over. Your Mini must be in good mechanical condition, no smell of smoking, no body damage, and covered under warranty for the rest of the lease. I live in South Florida. Please message me or email.
