[Clutch Cargo]

Took my car in for its second scheduled service. I brought it in on the right day, but the wrong week (D'oh!) but they took care of me with a smile. They were very careful to check whether I wanted them to wash it or not. I appreciated this, because I am very particular about swirls and scratches, but they do a good safe job there. In general, I'm very happy with the MINI service at Westchester BMW.

Note to self, tho: I made a checklist for myself of all the things I wanted them to check -- and then I left it home! Next time keep the list IN the car...
