Just out of interest I wondered how much my Mini was worth, both private sale and part ex?
Not looking to sell, but wondered if I had paid too much

Mini TLC (now expired but provides definite proof the car was serviced by BMW as required).
I had an aftermarket Pioneer CD/MP3 player and seriously expensive speakers (focal)professionally installed at BMW before the car was delivered, this cost over £1'000 but is a vast improvement on anything BMW offered.

Thanks in advance

A nice car, however the spec you have quoted - especially the BMW fitted stereo upgrade does nothing much to the residuals, other than makes the car a little more desirable to have-

I would plump for this spec of model on an 54 plate @ around 11k in a buyers market-( private)
Somewhere between 12 & 13k on a garage forecourt...

The seller was a genuine guy who had just had a baby and had already brought a larger car. When I went to buy the car and it was garaged in a very nice area so its all good has been well looked after.

Looks like cloth seats with part leather from the pics - no?

My car is also a 54 plate facelift. I'll list the spec differences from yours as it is so close:

Alloy patina rather than anthracite
I have Octagon cloth half leather, but I think you do also from the photo
I have HK upgrade
I have sat nav rather than chrono pack
I have auto air-con
I have MFSW
I have no roof decal, driving lights, chrome line exterior or mud flaps

I paid £12k last year and mine was a one previous owner with 18,600 miles at the time.

I don't necessarily think you got ripped off, but I wouldn't congratulate yourself too much ;)
