Minimum Brake Disc Thickness?

Discs aren’t expensive to replace. if in doubt then change them with the new pads. Never just change discs without changing pads. if you’re concerned then just calculate how fast the discs are wearing. Say 0.5mm per 20k miles. and do the maths. If you’ve done 60k miles then change the discs. Don’t wait for 80k. also change them if they are grooved. Ie you or a PO let the pads wear down to their metal rivets.
