Oil out of the valve cover breather hose

It is possible that the rubber diaphragm/PCV has torn. It is located under the cover right of the connection on the valve cover. This is extremely difficult to remove without breaking one or more of the delicate tabs that retain the small cover. You can only get to two of the tabs with a pick to release them but it is possible using a fine touch to get it off. You can also find replacement diaphragm and the cover on Ebay for not a lot of money (do not be talked into replacing the whole valve cover at huge expense). When the diaphragm is torn you would get excessive oil use and smoke and perhaps even a fault code, your engine may not idle steadily and power will be down. If you inspect the diaphragm (and I would have the replacement cover and part to hand before attempting to remove the PCV cover in case I broke it) and there is no tear then you have something else going on.
