Hi, I was thinking of dropping some sea foam into my daughters N12 Cooper. What is the best method as it seems to come in a spray as well as a pouring bottle. Was thinking of adding some to the old oil a few hundred miles before changing the oil, also 100cc or so down each plug hole. Can it also be added to fuel to help clean the intake side. Can it also be added to the new oil as a permanent cleaner?

Interesting Youtube on the topic of Seafoam vs Marvel Mystery Oil vs Techron. The conclusion suggests that none of the products is an outright winner, however all basically provide some improvement over not using a cleaning agent.
