Hello new here, my mini wont idle cuts out when in neutral but will drive in gear. Iv plugged the code reader in and get P111B code does anyone know what could be causing the problem?

inlet related might be inlet manifold or breather pipe broken or could even be a timing chain issue also possible , depending on what your using to scan the car with you might not be seeing all the codes
P111B MINI code possible causes Intake or Exhaust Leaks Faulty Mass or Volume Air Flow Sensor Mass or Volume Air Flow Sensor harness is open or shorted Mass or Volume Air Flow Sensor circuit poor electrical connection
