Torque setting on cam cover

Anyone know the torque settings for this plastic cam cover and whether to use a gasket sealant on it when replacing. TIA H.

Cheers lad, I knew it would be low and I'm pretty hamfisted so use a torque wrench all the time on my motorcycle and didn't want to end up cracking this cover. H
