It looks like a clip or something that may have been on the top of the dipstick?

 

Sorry to say that it looks like a piece of the timing chain plastic tensioner. If it’s already had the timing chain done, this could be old debris, if not the timing chain and tensioner will need doing before it grenades your engine. Plastic debris can block the oil pick up.
